Personal job-notification intake

A quieter way to turn job alerts into useful records.

koshey is a private automation for its owner. It reads only matching Gmail notifications, extracts structured project details, and sends them to a private intake database.

Purpose-limited by design

What the app does

The workflow is intentionally small: identify a relevant notification, transform it, and prevent duplicate intake records.

01

Read relevant notices

koshey uses read-only Gmail access to find recent Kwork job notifications selected by a narrow mailbox query.

02

Validate and normalize

Each matching message is checked, parsed, and reduced to the job details needed by the owner.

03

Store structured records

Only normalized job and processing records are retained in the owner’s private database.

Simple boundaries

No sending, deleting, or modifying email.

koshey does not send messages, change Gmail content, open marketplace links, submit proposals, or communicate with clients. Google user data is not sold or used for advertising.
