Acceptance and eligibility

By authorizing a Google account for koshey, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. koshey is intended for personal use by its owner and invited test accounts, not for use by the general public.

Service purpose

koshey may search for recent Kwork job-notification messages in a connected Gmail account, read matching messages, validate and normalize their content, and create private intake records. The app uses read-only Gmail access.

koshey does not send email, modify or delete Gmail content, browse the Kwork marketplace, open listing links, submit proposals, accept work, make purchases, or communicate with marketplace users.

Account authorization

You must authorize only a Google account that you own or are permitted to connect. You are responsible for protecting access to that account and for revoking koshey’s permission if access is no longer wanted or appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may not use koshey to:

• access another person’s email without authorization;
• circumvent Google, Gmail, Kwork, or other service restrictions;
• send spam, automate deceptive activity, or violate applicable law; or
• interfere with the security or operation of the workflow.

Outputs and third-party services

Extracted records can be incomplete or inaccurate because email formats and third-party services may change. The owner must verify information before relying on it. Google, Gmail, Kwork, hosting providers, and database services are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by koshey.

koshey is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google, Gmail, or Kwork.

Availability and disclaimer

The workflow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. It may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that the workflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on koshey or its outputs.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect accounts, data, or infrastructure, to address misuse, or when the workflow is no longer operated. You may stop using koshey at any time by revoking Google access.
