Privacy Policy

Scope and operator

koshey is a personal automation operated by its owner in Yakutsk, Russia. This policy applies to the Google account data processed through koshey and to the public informational website where this policy appears.

The public website has no account creation, analytics, advertising, or contact form. Contact is available by email at kosheyulitsa@gmail.com.

Google user data accessed

koshey requests the Gmail read-only scope. For recent messages that match the owner’s Kwork notification filters, the workflow may access:

• Gmail message and thread identifiers;
• message timestamps, sender, subject, and relevant headers; and
• the message body needed to extract project-notification details.

koshey does not request permission to send messages or to modify or delete Gmail content. It does not request access to unrelated Google services.

How the data is used

Google user data is used only to:

• find recent job-notification messages selected by the mailbox query;
• validate message identity and age;
• extract normalized project information;
• prevent duplicate processing; and
• record the outcome in the owner’s private intake database.

koshey does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, surveillance, or training generalized artificial-intelligence models. The app does not open Kwork links, submit proposals, or communicate with marketplace clients.

Storage and retention

Matching email content is processed transiently to create a normalized job record. Complete raw email bodies are not intentionally written to the application database. Production workflow execution-payload saving is disabled.

The private database may retain normalized project fields, source event identifiers or content hashes, observation records, and processing results until the owner deletes them. OAuth credentials are retained in the private automation environment until the connection is revoked or removed.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not intentionally disclosed to unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by the private hosting and database infrastructure required to operate the workflow, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service and its owner.

koshey’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

koshey limits access to the minimum Gmail permission required, uses HTTPS for network connections, keeps credentials within the private automation environment, and restricts database access to the owner and necessary infrastructure. No system can guarantee absolute security, but the workflow is designed to minimize the data it retains and the parties that can access it.

Choices, revocation, and deletion

The connected Google account can revoke koshey’s access at any time from the Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future Gmail access but does not automatically delete normalized records already created.

To request deletion of stored normalized records or removal of the OAuth connection, email kosheyulitsa@gmail.com. The owner can also remove the credential and delete records directly from the private systems.

Children’s privacy

koshey is not directed to children and is not offered as a public consumer service. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact
